Stormwatch converges on a small time in Louisiana, legally, to investigate the shady dealings there. They learn that the soldiers there have been illegally gifted with superhuman organs. Stormwatch takes down the operation, which was also involved in eco-terrorism. Meanwhile, Henry Bendix is still alive and under the care of I.O.
